CANADA BLOWER HVAC COILS
Custom-built replacement coils restore comfort and prevent damage. The
Quick Build program builds and ships replacement coils, turning around
orders in one to 25 days to meet your requirements. Coils are available
for the OEM channel in a wide range of custom sizes and material
options. Use the for quick, efficient parameter specification to
receive the exact replacement needed.
CANADA BLOWER BOOSTER COILS
Hot water and steam booster coils are available in one- or two-row
configurations. All coils have 5/8-inch OD copper tubes, .006 aluminum
fins, and one-inch flanged or slip and drive galvanized casings in
four-inch depth. Fin heights up to 24-inches.
CHILLED AND HOT WATER COILS
Chilled and hot water coils are available in 1-, 5/8-, 1/2-, and
3/8-inch OD copper tubes with aluminum or copper fins. Casing options
include flanged, slip and drive, end plates only, and inverted side
plate flanges in galvanized, stainless steel, and copper materials.
Universal connections available.
DIRECT EXPANSION (DX) AND CONDENSER
DX and condenser coils are available in 1-, 5/8-, 1/2-, and 3/8-inch OD
copper tubes with aluminum or copper fins. Face split and intertwined
circuiting available. Casing options include flanged, end plates only,
and inverted side plate flanges in galvanized, stainless steel, and
copper materials.
INSULATED COIL SECTION (THERMICOIL)
ThermiCoil coils with insulated casings are suitable for refrigerant
and hydronic applications and can accommodate a wide range of airflows.
These address the needs of facilities with rigorous indoor air quality
standards.
RUNAROUND ENERGY RECOVERY
Runaround energy recovery coils reduce load requirements and save money
by reclaiming energy from the exhaust air coil and transferring it to
the supply air coil.
CANADA BLOWER STEAM COILS
Standard steam and non-freeze steam distributing coils are available in
5/8-inch OD copper tubes, up to .049 thickness, one- or two-row coils
with aluminum or copper fins. Casing options include flanged, pitched,
end plates only, and inverted side plate flanges in galvanized,
stainless steel, and copper materials. Same or opposite end connection
circuiting available.

Steam Coils
Our standard steam (STD) and steam
distributing (SD) coil models are used in a variety of heating and
drying applications. Our standard steam coil is designed to handle
large amounts of steam and provide quick condensate removal. Our steam
distributing coil is ideal to handle steam that is being modulated
and/or if the air entering the coil is below freezing.
These custom, heavy-duty designs are rated
to
300 PSIG or higher and are made of cupro-nickel, carbon steel or
stainless steel construction. We can provide 5/8" OD or 1" OD tubes,
tube wall thickness of up to .109" and fin thickness up to .020" on
certain materials. These coils are designed to accommodate thermal
expansion and contraction of the coil from high temperature and
pressure applications and can be built for various mounting and
connection orientations.

Chilled Water / Glycol / Brine
/ Hot Water / Thermal Oil Coils
We can design and manufacture coils that are
ideal for a wide variety of basic, custom and heavy-duty industrial
applications to cool air or gas for comfort, dehumidification, dry
cooling, solvent removal and other cooling applications. In addition,
we can also produce coils that are perfect for accommodating the rigors
of higher temperature applications such as preheating, drying, heat
treatment, heat recovery and/or removal.

We
have been a custom coil manufacturer for over 70 years and have built a
solid reputation by delivering precisely what our customers'
applications require...no matter how special. We provide intercoolers,
desuperheaters, heat recovery, cyrogenic, multi-staged, cascade,
flooded, direct expansion and many other types of special coils. We
combine a wide variety of materials, fin and tube patterns and coil
styles to design and manufacture products for many unique and difficult
applications.
|
|
We
can design and build multiple coils in the same casing, use exotic
materials and fabricate unusual header and connection arrangements. In
addition, our engineers have the expertise to design coils for
difficult environments including heat recovery systems that use hot,
corrosive exhaust gases as the heat source. Finally, as with our
refrigerant product line, we can work with many of the new and special
refrigerants such as ammonia and R-123
|
Like
our evaporator product line, our condenser coils have been
designed to accommodate many of the new and special refrigerants on the
market including ammonia and R-123. In addition, we have increased the
durability of our condenser coils against thermal expansion, high
operating pressures, vibration and being mounted outdoors.

Evaporators
/ Direct Expansion (DX) Coils
Like our condenser product line, our
condenser coils have been designed to accommodate many of the new and
special refrigerants on the market including ammonia and R-123. Our
coils are available for a wide range of applications from comfort
cooling and dehumidification to ultra-low temperature refrigeration,
freezing and solvent vapor stripping.
Our evaporators are "Custom to the Core"
just like all our products. We can provide numerous optional fin
surfaces and tube sizes to minimize frost and refrigerant charge and to
save space while reducing weight. We also have the capability of
manufacturing 100% stainless steel or aluminum coils in order to
provide increased durability against the harsh cleaning requirements of
food and clean room processes.
